Consent to Personal Data Processing

By completing a form on jindao.ru and ticking the consent checkbox, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give “Consultant” Law Company LLC, Tax ID (INN) 2465119147, Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1152468001938 (the Operator), my consent to the processing of my personal data.

1. Data covered

This consent covers:

• name and job title;
• company name and product information;
• WeChat ID, phone number, email address, Telegram or other contact details;
• the content of the enquiry;
• technical data transmitted to the website by the browser.

2. Purposes

The data is used to review the enquiry, respond to it, conduct an initial project assessment, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform a contract, and ensure the operation and security of the website.

3. Permitted operations

The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve and use the data, provide it to authorised service providers, and block, delete and destroy it, using automated and non-automated means.

4. Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless a longer period is provided for by contract or law.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the period prescribed by law, except where processing may continue on another lawful basis.
