1. Status of the Agreement

By using the website, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website presents JINDAO and contains information about assisting Chinese manufacturers in entering the Russian market. The website materials are provided for informational purposes.

Information about services, timeframes, formats, and prices does not constitute a public offer. The specific scope of work, price, timeframes, responsibilities, and results are defined in a separate contract.

3. Inquiries Submitted Through the Website

The user agrees to provide accurate contact details and not to submit malicious code, illegal materials, bulk messages, or automated messages.

Submitting a form constitutes a request for JINDAO to contact the user and hold a preliminary discussion. It does not oblige JINDAO to accept the project or enter into a contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
