Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of visitors to jindao.ru.

The personal data controller is Consultant Legal Company LLC, TIN 2465119147, Primary State Registration Number 1152468001938 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.”

2. Data We Process

When a visitor completes the contact form, the Controller may receive:

• name and job title;
• company name and product information;
• WeChat ID, telephone number, email address, Telegram username, or other contact details provided;
• the content of the inquiry;
• technical information transmitted by the browser: IP address, cookies, device and browser information, visit time, and pages viewed.

The Controller does not request special categories of personal data or biometric personal data through the website.

3. Purposes of Processing

The data is processed to:

• respond to an inquiry and conduct a preliminary project assessment;
• prepare a cooperation proposal;
• contact the company representative using their preferred method;
• enter into and perform a contract;
• ensure the website's operation, security, and analytics;
• comply with obligations established by Russian law.

4. Legal Grounds

The legal grounds for processing are the consent of the personal data subject, actions taken at the subject's request before entering into a contract, a concluded contract, and the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Processing and Storage Procedure

The Controller collects, records, organizes, accumulates, stores, updates, uses, provides data to authorized persons, blocks, deletes, and destroys data. Processing may be performed both automatically and without automated means.

Access is granted only to employees and engaged contractors who need the data to perform the relevant task. These persons are required to maintain confidentiality.

Data is stored no longer than required by the purposes of processing, a contract, or the law. Once the purpose has been achieved, the data is deleted or anonymized unless continued storage is required by law.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Controller does not sell personal data or disclose it for third-party advertising. Data may be provided to:

• the hosting provider, email provider, and communication services;
• contractors responsible for the technical operation of the website;
• government authorities in cases stipulated by law;
• other persons with the subject's separate consent or as required to perform a contract.

When a foreign messaging service, including WeChat, is used, data may be transferred to the owner of that service at the initiative of the user who selected that communication channel.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use essential cookies for session management and language settings, as well as analytics cookies. Users may restrict cookies in their browser settings, but certain website functions may then operate incorrectly.

8. Data Protection

The Controller applies the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures, including access control, backups, secure connections, software updates, access monitoring, and incident response.

9. User Rights

Users may request information about the processing of their data, request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted, withdraw their consent, and lodge a complaint regarding the Controller's actions with Roskomnadzor or a court.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal was received. After consent is withdrawn, certain data may continue to be processed where another lawful basis applies.

10. Contacting the Controller

A request must contain enough information to identify the applicant and the subject of the request. It may be submitted using the contact details published on the website or sent by post to the Controller's address.

11. Changes to the Policy

The Controller may update this Policy when legislation, the services used, or the processing procedure changes. The current version is published on this page.
